Behind the Scenes Awesomeness: The Crow (1994)

Michael Berryman filmed some scenes as a zombie cowboy; a character that would be a spirit  guide to Eric Draven throughout the film. Unfortunately this character was completely deleted from the film. I've included some behind the scenes pics and deleted scenes of this character on this post for your viewing pleasure, thank me later.

The director of the film Alex Proyas and Brandon Lee

Pure awesomeness. Thx for sharing these photos. Today, with all these CGIs, we are watching fake movies with bad script.

Agree about the CGI, I love how in The Crow (1994) everything was practical, right down to using miniatures for the shots of the city and the Gothic church.

Crow is the shit. I've seen this movie a hundred times and I will see it again tonight. Thanks for the remind.

Agree Sergei, same as you I know this one by heart and I haven't seen it in a while! I will be re-watching it and reviewing it soon, it truly is one of my favorite films ever. Classic revenge film, Gothic and dark, it exudes rock and roll.

CGI is improving all the time but its still rubbish in comparison with what was acheived with purely practical effects in this movie.
